3. User Accounts

• Prices include all applicable taxes
• Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refund possible within 14 days of first payment
• No refunds for partially used periods

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Content

You may only upload:

• Your own photos or those for which you have permission
• Appropriate and non-offensive images
• Photos of adults only

5.2 Prohibited Content

It is strictly forbidden to upload:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or suggestive content
• Images of minors
• Violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Photos of celebrities or people without their consent
• Copyright-protected content
• Artificially generated images presented as real

5.3 Prohibited Behavior

• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to bypass service limitations
• Sharing your account credentials
• Using bots or automated scripts
• Reverse engineering the service

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

Pic Boost owns all rights to the service, including algorithms, interface, analyses, and generated recommendations.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your photos. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to analyze your images and provide our services.

6.3 Usage License

We grant you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use our service in accordance with these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Nature of Service

Pic Boost provides AI-based analyses and recommendations. We do not guarantee:

• Improvement of your results on dating applications
• Absolute accuracy of our analyses
• Continuous availability of the service

7.2 Exclusions

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability for:

Our total liability cannot exceed the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
